Terms of Use

Welcome to moloko ("moloko", "we", "us") — a video-first dating service available at moloko.gainers.website and moloko.dating (the "Service"). By creating a profile or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use moloko.
1. Who can use moloko
- You must be at least 18 years old. By registering you confirm you are 18+. We may remove any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.
- You may create one account, for yourself, with truthful information and your own real face and voice.
2. The idea of the Service
moloko is built on real video: you enter with a short video circle of yourself, you browse other people's circles, and you reach out with a video recorded for that person. Mutual interest ("the milk pours") unlocks a chat. No fake avatars, no bots, no empty profiles.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of the videos, texts and other content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process (e.g. transcode), display and deliver your content solely to operate the Service.
- Your public circle is visible to other users of the Service. Circles recorded as a reach-out are shown to the person you sent them to.
- If you use the share feature, you decide where a copy of your video goes (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp). Anything shared outside moloko is beyond our control.
- You can delete any of your circles at any time; deletion removes the file from our server.
4. Prohibited conduct
- No nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech, harassment, threats or discrimination.
- No impersonation, scams, commercial solicitation, spam or advertising.
- No content involving minors in any form.
- No uploading content you don't have the right to share, and no recording other people without their consent.
- No attempts to disrupt the Service (scraping, flooding, reverse engineering, security probing).
We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
5. Safety
Be careful when meeting people online and offline. moloko does not run background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Report abusive behaviour via the feedback form in the app or by email below.
6. Optional astrology data
You may optionally share your birth date and time. Today this is stored only so that, in the future, we can offer astrology-based matching (a paid feature under development). Providing it is entirely voluntary and can be requested to be removed at any time.
7. Paid features
The core Service is currently free. We may introduce optional paid features (e.g. astrology matching). Any pricing and terms will be shown before you pay.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Some content is user-generated; opinions expressed belong to their authors.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account and data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; the "Last updated" date will change and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use moloko after changes means you accept them.
